About Jennifer Schlueter

At 25, I was Managing Editor of 22 newspapers leading two teams. Then my very first hypnosis session made me quit my job to travel the world and to work more closely with other humans. 


Thanks to my PhD in Spiritual Healing, I got to turn my research focus onto subconscious processes and their impact on physical symptoms and performance. For over seven years now, I've been working internationally with high-performing professionals and leadership teams, supporting clarity, stress regulation, and sustainable performance. 


My background combines neuroscience-informed stress regulation with subconscious performance methodologies used in elite environments. I am certified in hypnosis, regression, EFT, NLP, and I'm a breathwork facilitator as well as a Master Metaphysical Practitioner.
